True Voice is looking for Application Support to help us maintain best-in-class AI virtual agents (voicebots and chatbots). Application Support will provide level-2 support for our corporate customers. The role will be primary contact point after projects successfully went live. Application Support will ensure that our customers are in good hands and we are able to meet agreed SLA.
Accountability and activities ;
Be contact point on level-2 support for our corporate customers.
* Provide answers to queries about True Voice solutions, system usage, bot performance and general queries which are not in-depth technically.
* Collect information about software incidents and perform initial assessment before routing to technical teams.
* Coordinate with technical teams to make software fixes and schedule software releases.
* Monitor bot’s health and performance.
* Produce monthly bot performance reports and conduct monthly meeting with customers. Occasional on-site visits are required.
* Able provide out-of-hour on-call support for critical issues.
* Bachelor’s Degree in any fields
* 1+ year experience as application support, IT support, or customer-facing roles
* Adaptive to learning new computer software and become proficient at user-level (non-technical)
* Good interpersonal skills, highly proactive and be customer-focused
* Good written and spoken communication in Thai and English
Advantages : Experience in software development industry is a plus
